File upload has show crash report, but does not have corresponding Logos4.log diagnostic file. Appears a Guide section may be having trouble populating. Wonder about launching to a blank layout ? Wiki has => Logos 4 Keyboard Shortcuts For Mac with sign-in tip.
Since using current stable 4.5b SR-3 release, another option is contacting Logos Tech Support => http://www.logos.com/about/contact

Observation: Logos 4 Mac forum focuses a bit more on OS X while Logos 4 Windows forum discusses more issues on Windows with Logos 4.

THEN
I clicked the HOME button (the house), and it crashed.
So I repeated the first step, it opened and looked stable

Indexer crashing here too.

Looking at Logos4IndexerCrash.txt file, noticed a database file is malformed (unusable):
C:\Users\Allen\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\55nvp30m.nxs\LibraryIndex\supplemental-build.lxn
Wonder about deleting file then try indexing again ?
Puzzling: similar error message (failed to read past end of steam) is happening in a variety of places: Guides, Home Page, and Search along with starting in Logos 4.5b SR-2. Earlier in Logos4Error.log file noticed a sync error. Wonder if Logos4.log file has sync diagnostic messages ?

Thanks for checking into this, and making the suggestion, KS4J.
The supplemental-build.lxn file appears to be deleted when I close Logos 4. It is created again when I restart (which fires up the indexer), and when the indexer crashes, Logos 4 deletes it again.
But there was another file named index.lnx that was the same size (556,992KB) and with yesterday's date. Deleted that file, and I am no longer receiving messages about the indexer crashing.

@Jason Can you Follow the log instructions here : http://www.logos.com/support/mac/L4/logging and post them in a separate thread in the Mac forums? Be sure to include in the zipped folder, the file entitled "Logos4.log"
