Notes not showing up
I created a free account for my son. His notes are showing up in the beta group, and on his faithlife account, but not his Logos account. The community tab in Biblia.com is greyed out, and I cannot see his notes on John 4:10 that I created. He can see the notes of others in his Logos4 program.
Can anyone else confirm this? Look for Joshua Williams. I used the Lexham Bible.

I do not see any notes by Joshua Williams (or anyone else) in John 4:10, under the group "Faithlife Beta." I looked in the LEB and the ESV. Sorry. [:S]

Thanks Alabama. So you can only post notes for others to see or yourself in L4, if you have a package it seems. Can you the post in the faithlife beta group? Using Joshua's account.

I plan to start using a the forums for a group discussion of a radio program, and would really like to know the answer to this. Is this by design, a bug, or a feature down the road.
Logos, please respond. Your input will be greatly appreciated. This will help me in letting listeners know what to do in addition to joining the group.

According to the database, no community notes have been created by Joshua Williams.
Perhaps there was a server glitch when he (you?) posted, and it was never saved?
Can you post a screenshot of adding a community note from his account to show us how it was posted?

A community note on John 3:16, 17 was posted to his faithlife account. John 3:20 was posted to faithlife beta. Can you see them in Logos 4? The settings are open for anyone to see these posts.

Yes. Here is a screen shot from Biblia, but I can also see it in L4.

Thanks Alabama. It seems to have solved itself, as the posts I did today are showing up in my L4 as well.
