Anyone else feel that the Home View is a possible piece under used?
I love my Logos on my iPhone... honestly, it took some time to get here. Once I understand how some things work, I am enjoying it more and more. I just have a few things that I think could make the home screen just that much more awesome....
Can Logos consider adding Prayer Lists to this? This is a key part of my morning and I find myself reading my iPhone or iPad when praying and reading the Word of God.
Can Logos also consider having a permanently chosen bookmark(s) in this view that I could quickly navigate to as I would with my 1 or 2 red ribbons in my Bible? Perhaps, even that last viewed resource could be a choice in this list.
I was also hoping someone would consider allowing the updating/deleting/removing/additions of devotionals. I like the 3 that show up, but I do not use them right now. Frankly, I would like to use other books at devotionals (i.e. books on prayer, etc.). It would be nice to designate a book for devotional purposes.
All this begs the resulting request... can we then sort and hide various things as needed?
I share this here to see if anyone thinks that this might be a useful way to leverage a great product just a bit more. Thank you.

I cannot speak to the other suggestions regarding how viable they may be, or if someone has suggested them before. As for prayer lists, My understanding is that they will eventually be migrated to sync 2 and when they are the app can be modified to sync them as it does with reading plans, notes / highlights, etc.

Robert- the only info I can give you is that Devos are supposed to sync from your top 3 prioritized in L4, but this hasn't migrated yet to sync v2 yet.
Just that would be nice. It would be just a bit cooler if I could designate a book as a devotional book for myself for a period of time, though. [:D]

"Devotionals" are ONLY Logos Edition resources tagged as Calendar Devotionals. This would exclude, for example, all Vyrso books (even ones which are "calendar devotionals" since they are not tagged as such). To put anything in that slot other than a Logos Edition Calendar Devotional would essentially be the same thing as your suggestion for a book mark on the home page.

I get it and how it works. I'm bringing it up because of the forum topic of looking for new functionality. I think either leveraging the devotional aspect or the reading plan would be cool. We could use pages or chapters as divisible sections. I think it would also serve and help someone to read them in sections.

I'm just pointing out that it is much more than an improvement to the mobile app. For example, your suggestion of using pages or chapters is good, but most resources dont have page numbers (no Vyrso ones do) and the reading plan functionality is hit or miss with non bible resources.

I think Bob P. mentioned they would eventually migrate in talking about something else a while back
