Changing Bible versions

Is there a way to quickly switch from one version of the Bible to another using the iPhone app?  I currently have to use the Text Comparison tool to see a verse in several versions, but it doesn't seem to be able to show more than one verse at a time.  I love how the desktop version of Logos has the dropdown to select from a list of other versions, but the app does not seem to have this capability.  Even if there were just my top 5 favorite versions of the Bible available, it would be a nice feature.

The mobile app does not have that feature. You can use the history feature (press and hold the back button) or you can create favorite links.

    I agree! [Y]

Alabama i have tried to figure out the above  with no luck. Every time i tap the library button i would like my favorite bibles to show. Will the above do this? if so would you explain in detail how to set it up. I haven't been able to figure it out.

    Thanks

It would work in this sense: If you open your favorite bibles, they will all be in the history. When you push and hold the history button, it will give you a list of recently used resources. This would allow you to open the bible… but it would open to a previous location, not necessarily where you want it to. I will try to get screen shots later.

The same is true with favorites.

Neither of these solutions will take you automatically to the same location in the various translations, but it will get you to the translation quicker.

The first screen shot is the history. NOTE: if you just quickly push the button, it takes you directly back in the history one spot. If you HOLD the button, it brings up the entire history.

This screen shot shows favorites. Whenever you add a resource to favorites, it is placed into "mobile favorites." (The Vyrso app puts them into "Vyrso." Faithlife puts favorites into a self named folder as well.

This is one of the reasons if I like the Faithlife Study Bible app...it has a Bibles tab for quick access to recent Bibles.

At some point Bob said that the faithlife app will drive the development of the Logos app. I think it is likely that this will come to the Logos app at some point.
