Notes / Highlighting - How did I do this?

I opened up a note file I have on the book of I Samuel and in it were to notes with the white box / red slash note icon. One was where I highlighted a quote from Spurgeon's Morning and Evening (May 22) and the other was from the WBC Commentary on Luke that I highlighted earlier today. Neither of highlighted quotes refer to I Samuel and I never had the I Samuel note opened today.

I don't know how these highlights / notes got into my I Samuel note file. Was it something I did or is it a Logos bug? It also makes me wonder if there are any other of these in the wrong note files.

There are any number of ways that those notes could have ended up there. How do you have your highlight notes set up? When you create a new highlight, where have you set them up to go? Last used note file?
