I'm new to Ipad and have the logos app, I'm trying to figure out if I can get the "layout" on the ipad. Does anyone know?

HI Peri - and welcome to the forums.

If by "layout" you mean that way you can configure tabs and panes in the desktop application then, no, you can't do that.

You can have two resources open next to each other when reading by dragging the semi-circle you will see at the bottom-right of the display towards the centre and opening another resource from the library in that newly created pane.

If you mean something else, please clarify

    Graham

Peri - first, welcome to the forums!

I am not sure what you mean by "layout" on the iPad. For clarification, the mobile app is not the same as the desktop app. If that doesn't answer your question , please explain more.

Also, you should delete your email address from the tag line of the post. Internet bots search the Internet for email addresses to spam. You don't need that. Why is it that on the options "Aa" there is a section for columns and it gives the choice from auto, 1,2, or 3?  I am assuming this is having to do with screens, but as mentioned above as well as trial an error i can only get 2, why would it give the option for 3 if we cant use it

    Hi Jason,

There is only one screen, but it can be viewed as a single panel or split into two panels (using the splitter bar).  The columns setting allows you to suggest to the app the number of text columns you prefer but font size is also taken into account.  Until the font size is small enough the three column setting won't take effect.  If you disable the split screen by sliding the splitter all the way to one side, adjust the font to a small scale and set the columns to 3 you should see three columns.  If you set the font to the smallest size you can view both screen panels (left and right in this case because it's landscape mode) with three columns in one and a "fourth" column in the other.  Please see the attached screenshot.
