Faithlife future cost
I have just downloaded Faithlife into my Logos 4 for free along with app. I was just wondering if anyone knows whether Faithlife will always be free to Logos 4 users or will there be a cost in the future?

For now Faithlife is free. I expect that Logos will eventually charge for it, whether as a one-time fee or subscription model I don't know. I suspect that they don't even know exactly what they will do.
It's also possible that it ends up being free forever but Logos needs to pay for the editorial/development costs some way...

I cannot remember where I read it, but I believe it will be a yearly subscription. If memory serves me correctly, it was around $29.95 a year.

For one, I wouldn't pay for it. I am watching it as I go, but giant programs getting bigger and bigger don't interest me.
I don't remember the comment I read on a particular verse but I remember I didn't like it. I am watching and waiting. [8-)]

Faithlife the networking sight will be free...the Faithlife Study Bible will be a yearly subscription after March 2014, most likely to cover costs for new photos, videos, Infographics and added content to the study Bible notes as well as the Lexham Bible Dictionary.

Okay, Mike. I'll make my comments they're at the proper place in the forum. I was mostly concerned with the growing program which would take away space on my C Dr. on my laptop. I'm dictating this message on my iPad new version and the microphone doesn't always seem to get it right and we have a storm outside.
Thanks for the direction and the note to me yours in Christ,
E.
P.S. on my iPad I see no way to correct my writing so just take it as it is thank Apple for it

I have found a way, but it is annoying. I can generally type or dictate until I need to move the cursor. At that point, typing ceases to work. If you hide the keyboard and position the cursor in the appropriate place, you should be able to type again, including the deletion of previous material. It can be quite finicky, but it works for me.

hi, Alabama24
Happy 4th of July!
Thanks for the comments. I did see on my iPad that the keyboard was "locking up" and I couldn't go back and correct. When I waited long enough I could begin to type or dictate more. I think I tried hiding the keyboard, played around a bit with it and was not liking the experience. I think my problem was also I was looking below this box for the preview function and now on my computer screen, I see it above. I thought that this function was not available on the iPad but now suppose it is, but I didn't just see it.
I wish I could remember what I saw as negative on the bible commentary section but it was no doubt to my own particular viewpoint, which I am sure millions share, lol, but surely many more millions would reject.
Best to you and yours in our Lord,
