REGRESSION: space between shortcuts
A major release about a year ago significantly increased the spaces between shortcuts, so that probably about 40% of mine disappeared off the screen. A shortcut you have to first click the little arrow to even see is a considerably less useful shortcut. Could you please put them closer together again.

I have sent an inquiry to development regarding the spacing of the shortcuts. Thank you.

Thanks.

As it has turned out that Windows has a more compact display in the Collection dropdown, can someone check if this too is a feature parity issue (besides being a regression)?

4.5b regression confirmed plus Logos 4.5c on Windows so list now has reference to this thread:
- PC Shortcuts are horizontally spaced closer together than Mac – Logos 4.5b regression
Using "English Standard Version" as a reference, learned Logos 4.5c SR-2 on Mac OS X 10.6.8 has 4.5 shortcuts while Logos 4.5c SR-1 on Windows 7 has 5 shortcuts.

Logos 4.5b regression
Not 4.5b. My guess would be 4.2. Like I said in the first post, I remember it as changing with a major release early last spring, and 4.2 seems to be the only thing fitting that description.

Checked Logos 4.5a SR-1 on Mac OS X horizontal spacing of shortcuts, which is the same as Logos 4.5c SR-2 on Windows 7 hence 4.5b regression.

In that case there have been two regressions: one in [presumably] 4.2, which, like I said, moved perhaps 40% of my shortcuts off the screen, and one much more minor one in 4.5b.

OK, it took me a while to locate an old forum post with a decent screenshot, but here it is: http://community.logos.com/cfs-filesystemfile.ashx/__key/CommunityServer.Discussions.Components.Files/75/8345.pdfoflogos2.jpg.
When I measure on that screenshot, the spaces between the shortcuts are about 60-70% of the width of the book icons. When I measure in 4.5c the spaces are the same width as the book icons. Case proven. [:)]
(It has been worse, though: http://community.logos.com/forums/p/17233/130151.aspx#130151. But that was in alpha.)

The shortcut spacing has been adjusted in 4.6a so Mac now matches Windows. Thank you.

Logos 4.6a Beta 4 on OS X 10.8.2 appears to have one pixel more between shortcuts than Logos 4.6a Beta 4 on Windows 7.
