They play on my ipad... which ipad do you have? I didn't adjust any settings, the videos played right away, but you might check your settings and see if you have some restriction. I'm using Ipad 3 (though I know you don't call it # 3) And for what it's worth, I also have a Kindle Fire and videos play on it as well, though they look much better on the retina display. Rob

I am using the ipad 3 but when I click on a video such as found in Joshua 3:16 I get a message Error Failed to load media. What setting do I adjust on my ipad?

My I ipad2 works fine at the reference you cited. Video is a little pixelated, but it works.
Making Disciples! Logos Ecosystem = LogosMax on Microsoft Surface Pro 7 (Win11), Android app on tablet, FSB on iPhone & iPad mini, Proclaim (Proclaim Remote on Fire Tablet).

I get "Error Failed to load media" as well at Joshua 3:16, with latest iPad.

Hi John,
Do you have the video resources downloaded locally?

Kevin: Yes I have them loaded locally. I tried to delete and reload them and they still don't work.

Just to add to the chorus here, FSB videos are not working for me on my iPad 2 (64 GB), ether. In the FSB app, I see a neverending Loading... message. In Logos, I get "Failed to load media." Videos are downloaded to the iPad for use with both apps (i.e., downloaded twice, once for each app).

Cant you verify that they have finished downloading? Is the sync wheel continuing to spin? Can you check the app size in iOS settings, reload the app several times with a kill between, then recheck? (I'm trying to see if the videos are still downloading).

Apps on iOS are sandboxed and cannot share resources. I believe the Faithlife app automatically downloads the videos, while the Logos app requires them to be manually downloaded.

Yes, the videos have finished downloading for both apps. App size for FSB: 1.7 GB. App size for Logos: 2.3 GB.
I mentioned that the videos were downloaded for both apps in case someone questioned whether or not I had downloaded them.
