Jeffrey - you didn't provide the right log. Also, the error log wasn't from today. The one needed is Logos4.log.

Is it after opening any resources or any layout? Have you been using Louw-Nida? It looks like the crash was due to something with Louw-Nida. Here is an example of the warning:
07/10/2012 13:05:22 | WARN | 10 | KeyLinkManager | Matched override reference gnt/120023 in LLS:46.30.4 but there were no corresponding milestones for the headword/reference.
I bolded the resource (LLS:46.30.4) which is Louw-Nida.
Can you create a new layout from scratch?
I ran maintenance scripts, logged out, logged back in and everything seems to be fine.
