Video display pane in Explorer 9

I'm trying to play the training videos on my laptop and the video pane is white, but, I do hear the audio portion.

I can see the video if I go to full screen mode.

I've tried different resolutions in the settings for the video pane and I turned off video acceleration - no difference.

I've updated flash player to the latest, no difference.

Windows 7 on an HP Pavilion dm4 i5 system. Explorer 9.

Any ideas would be great.

Go to Internet Explorer settings in the upper right hand corner.

Click on Advanced.

Check the "Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering"

Restart IE. Video worked fine in the video pane.

I hate computers.
