New resource opens in wrong window

I tap on the secondary window, then go to the library to select a resource to open. The resource opens in the primary window. If I make the secondary window active, I would like to open the resource in the secondary window. This is very annoying, because I want to keep the Bible open in the primary window and change to a different reference book in the secondary window.

You shouldn't have a problem as long as you see the title of the selected resource in the top pane (above the verse selector) after you tap.

If I tap on the resource window, the menu pops up and the resource title appears above the verse selector. I then go to the Library menu option and pick a book. It often happens that if I tap on the second window and then pick a Bible from the Library it will replace the Bible in the frist window, rather than opening in the second window. Often it works correctly, but some days it nearly always opens in the wrong window.

Harry, which app are you using? The Faithlife Study Bible App is designed to always open Bibles in the top pane and non-Bibles in the bottom pane. Logos / Biblia / Vyrso should open the resources into whichever read pane you had selected.
