I need Hebrew references - Kennicott, De Ross, Boothroyd

Any idea on how to access Kennicott's Collation of Hebrew Manuscripts, as well as Kennicott and De Rossi's work on the Biblia Hebraica? How about Boothroyd's Biblia Hebraica? I see reference to these by Bishop Lowth (commentary on Isaiah) as well as Spurrell's Old Testament. Does Logos have any of these? Are the variants mentioned incorporated into my BHS critical apparatus? Or SESB?

Dear friends. Thanks to Drew Longacre I found what I was looking for, Giovanni Bernardo de Rossi's work, which I was not looking under the correct title. Google Books has these books available for PDF download, under the title Variae lectiones Veteris Testamenti. I have been able to find volumes I through IV and am just missing volume V.
