Logos 4 Sudden Crash and won't restart!

I had Logos 4 open on my desktop and had also recently used my Ipad with Logos 4 installed - highlighting and reading. The open window of Logos 4 crashed on my desktop and when I try to restart it, it wont start up, I get the error message that "logos 4 has stopped working" windows is checking for a solution.

Yes just tried that and when I start Logos the flash screen 'Logos Bible Software' comes onto the computer screen and it is just stuck there. It took about 5 minutes to load and didn't load back to the location I was working on.

Hi Mark,

Do you open Logos 4 up to the Homepage normally, or your last opened snapshot? If the latter can you hold the control key down on your keyboard, and with it held down launch Logos 4 whilst keeping Control held down until you see the sign in screen. Then can you click the option to open to a Blank Layout in the sign in screen. Let me know if it still crashes or not, and if it does whether or not you can open the book you made the marl in. Please also include new logs again if it does crash.

I usually opened to the last saved screen, but will try this to see if I can replicate the problem. Thanks!

If Logos crashes, it doesn't save the layout you were working on when it crashed, since it crashed. So it reverts to the layout last saved. If you saved your layout before Logos crashed, you can load that after Logos finishes starting up.
