2.0.3\4 "Spinning pizza" on screen for up to 5 mins when navigating resource
This occurs with 2.0.3 and 2.0.4 on HTC One V (Android 4.0.3).
The spinning pizza ("please wait" indicator) is on screen for about 5 minutes when I open my preferred Bible (NIV84).
It has just appeared again for about a minute when moving to a different resource.
UPDATE: The delay is a lot shorter when swiping forward and backward within a resource (if the new page has no markups or notes), but the long delay occurs when jumping to somewhere unconnected within a resource e.g. a different Bible book.
During this time, I can tap the screen to bring up the usual "swipe downwards" options panel, but swipe up does not bring up the second options panel. I can bring up the Settings section by long pressing the options key (the right hand icon on this phone).
App currently unusable for me at the moment for this reason.

I believe that things will be sped up once they iron out issues around just having the highlighting. At least I think I read that.

Not sure if highlighting is coming up more quickly - haven't really tested that compared to old times, but the quick page turning is restored which is the main thing.
