Is there a way to have multiples of your prioritized commentaries open in a passage search, similar to the way the top 5 bibles open? It always opens 1 commentary, and then I have to go through and open the others from the list.

If you mean the ability to have them searched with an option like "Top Bibles", the answer is 'no'; you have to put your commentaries in a collection and then search the Collection.
You know when you do a search from the home page in the "Enter passage or topic" box, and it opens your top 5 bibles? Well I would expect that it would also open your top 5 commentaries, but it only opens the first. Is there any way to make it open your top 5 or whatever?
We may be talking about the same thing. It seems that the answer is no.

Mine does 6 Commentaries when I run a Passage Guide. How many Commentaries do you have in your Priority List?
The layout from a Home Page passage has a fixed number of items to display: Passage Guide, Exegetical Guide, Top 4 Bibles, Top Commentary, Information, and Text Comparison.
One option for Commentary is clicking the "+" next to an open Commentary to open a new tab, which generates a list of commentaries in prioritized order on the right side that have the verse included in the range of verses in that commentary, then click desired commentary to open.
Another option is creating "My Passage Guide" that has many commentary and collection sections.

Got ya, that answers my question concerning the home page defaults. I did know to click the "+" to get more options.
Thanks everyone!
Yeah, I get six in the passage guide listed, but from the home page it opens your first commentary automatically. I was just curious to know if you could get it to automatically open multiple commentaries.

Logos User Voice suggestion => http://logos.uservoice.com/forums/42823-logos-bible-software-4 has a number of suggestions about layouts.
Every Logos user has 10 votes for suggestions (up to 3 votes for one suggestion).
This is a big deal for me. In fact, I just opened a "suggestion" for that based on the link given in this thread.
The link for it is: http://logos.uservoice.com/forums/42823-logos-bible-software-4/suggestions/3055817-open-all-commentaries-option
For me, I simply want an option to open all available commentaries for a given passage. Hardly the most pressing issue for Logos, but it's one I encounter just about every time I'm doing a study.
Most of us try to have as few tabs as possible open at any one time, since more tabs tend to slow Logos down quite considerably if you don't have a brand new computer.
You know you can flip through your commentaries (or Bibles, or lexicons) quite quickly by using the right arrow on Mac or (I believe) Ctrl-right arrow on Windows? (Or left arrow, of course, if you want to go backwards.)
Yup... many tabs can be a problem if the computer can't handle it. For those in that category, this wouldn't be an option they'd want to choose.
This option simply automates an existing capability.
The arrow option is fine unless, as I outlined in my "suggestion", you want to have a number of tabs open at once.
But as I said, this is admittedly not a high priority thing. Considering some of the complaints I see people express about Logos, I'm happy that my "issues" are relatively minor.
One option that hasn't been mentioned is that you can create a new folder in the Favorites tool and then drag the commentaries you are interested in (or Bible dictionaries, etc.) into the folder from the Library. Then let's just say you have a layout with nothing open but your Bible and the Favorites tool. (In windows) You hold down the Ctrl button and the left click and hold on the folder and drag all of the commentaries wherever you want them. The problem with this is you still have to link them to your Bible before they will sync to the book you are studying.
