After being updated to 1.6(1.06.0.0519) yesterday, proclaim crashes every time I click the on-air button. It caused us to have no presentation for our service last night. Please Help.
Hi Bryan
Some more information
- what operating system are you using?
- and providing diagnostic logs (see third post in this forum) will help the developers discover the problem.
Thanks Mike.
I am running on Windows 7 Home. There is not a third post that I can find to know how to get diagnostic logs.
With my apologies, I was looking for the logging information to be more seperated. I have enabled the logging. Unfortunately, I have a much bigger problem. I removed Proclaim so I could reload it from the beginning and now I can't download it to my computer.
Thanks
When I try to redownload it this is the details from the failed installation. Thanks again.

Bryan,
On Windows 7 you can find log files under %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\. If you post them we can look into what is causing the crash.
Thanks,
Erik
Hello Byran,
When you say that you cannot re-download Proclaim, are you getting an error message during the download or install process?

An "install" and "do not install"
button show up and I click on "install"
But when it doesn't go through, the error message says that the download did not complete properly so I am not sure. Sorry for my ignorance.
Ok,
I am not sure if I am supposed to post the text or the file so I am trying to figure out how to do both but here is the text of the first one.
Here are more logs
Here is another
Here is the last
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.
We have just shipped a fix for the crash you were experiencing while attempting to go On Air. Simply open Proclaim to automatically download the update, or manually install the latest version from http://proclaimonline.com/app/download.aspx?

Thank you so much Jeremy. I manually installed it and it worked and it projects again. Not sure what happened but very happy to have it fixed.
