iPad App - Please improve Table of Content

Please improve the table of content feature on the iPad app:

1) Make more of each line visible, either by making the TOC dropdown box wider, or decreasing the font size, or both.

2) Make it by default open to the current location, or have indicator of where my current reading location is in the TOC.

The "bookmarks" dont yet sync, but "favorites" do. I agree that bookmarks should sync.
