Android 2.0.9 Update Released

The Android team is pleased to announce an update to the stable release of the 2.0 version of the Bible, Biblia, Vyrso, and FSB Android apps.

If you discover any issues please create a new post and include the following info:
  Description – How were you using the app when the crash occurred.
  App Info – Which app you are using. (Bible, Biblia, Faithlife Study Bible, Vyrso)
  Device Info – (Google Nexus 7, Motorola Triumph, Droid Bionic)
  Android Version – (2.2, 2.3, 3.x, 4.0, 4.1)

The apps are available for download in Google Play, and will also be available in the Amazon Appstore once approved.

If you do not have access to the app in your market, you may download it from these links: Bible | Biblia | Faithlife | Vyrso.

Note: The Logos app has been renamed to Bible.

Fixed

  • Highlight styles using built-in graphics were not showing in Vyrso
  • Several crashes related to Notes/Highlighting
  • Several crashes related to text box verse auto-completion
  • Crash after tapping on a search result
  • Crash related to text selection
  • Several other various crashes

Known issues

  • Notes and highlights will be (very) slow to appear in resources with many notes/highlights
  • Android 2.1 users who have manually installed the app are receiving notifications for app updates which cannot be installed
  • Notes and highlights cannot be edited (yet)
