Why can't I see Lexham in Logos?

I have ordered the new Lexham English Bible for Logos 4. It is, of course, free. The order went through, and I closed and reopened Logos. Nothing. Much later, still nothing. I also can't seem to see Lexham in Biblia.com. Am I missing something? From what I can tell, the translation should be available in Logos 4. I'm sure there's a simple answer to this.

The glitch could be on Logos' end. Try restarting or update now every couple of hours, but contact Support if it doesn't come through before Monday in USA.

Thanks, Dave. Just not happenin' for me, after many reopenings, sync nows, and update nows. Lexham is a no-show, though I do have the Logos version of the Lexham Bible Dictionary that came with the Faithlife Study Bible.

I'd try giving support a call. I know there have been other threads where Logos Reps have mentioned there have been server problems on their end, perhaps that is what is going on here.

So you don't feel bad, apparently (it's so far back I can't remember) I just received a resource I purchased a couple years back. It's so old NB.Mick refers to it as the 'old' one. So it's quite possible for resources to sort of hide on the servers. I guess anyway ... I can't remember! If indeed I paid for it, I suppose I should be miffed since it's quite good (just like LEB ... the notes).

For anyone wondering how that's possible, on SESB there were several versions and a re-packaging. So I just assumed I didn't buy it at the time. And maybe I didn't!
