Problem with Biblia Hebraica Stuttgartensia after updating
Anyone else have problems using their BHS after using the update? I've downloaded the resource and I'm told that there is an error loading the book. Any suggestions on how to fix? I'm using an iPad.

Hi Kenneth,
Was the resource downloaded using an older version of Logos or with the new one? In any case I suggest you remove the resource and then download it again to see if that solves the issue.

This is an issue with various resources containing certain characters, and it's already been fixed in our Development builds. I've updated the Known Issues list in the Release notes. Thanks for the report.

Having the same problem. Seems to function properly on the desktop application, just trouble loading on IPad.

I am having the same problem with my BHS as all of the above. I have deleted the book and uploaded it again and well and deleting the entire app and restoring it. Nothing I have tried has worked.

Randall - First, welcome to the forums! Sorry you are having troubles.
A couple of posts above yours is one from Kevin, who works for Logos. This is currently a known resource issue due to certain characters in the resource. There is a fix in development know, which is currently under beta testing. No need to delete the app again... unfortunately you will have to wait for the update to be pushed through the App store.

I believe this was fixed in version 3.0.2 (released on Sept 12th). Is it still happening for you?

Turns out my problem was with a different book (The Christian Doctrine of Prayer by James Hastings). Apparently this kind of problem is specific to the book and not the Logos app.

David - It is often best to create new threads if the issue isn't exactly the same… Even then, sometimes its best to start a new thread. What is your issue exactly? (FYI - I just downloaded the "Christian Doctrine of Prayer" without issue.
