Gestures on iPad
If you swipe down with three fingers, it will take you to the home screen. If you swipe up with three fingers, it will take you back to your previous screen. If you swipe left with two fingers in a panel, it will go back in history. If you swipe to the right in a panel with two fingers, it will take you forward.

There is something wrong with this long-existing feature, at least for me. See:

Hi Todd,
No, I don't think these are new features. I tried the three fingers after reading about it. I then tried several other gestures and the two fingers worked. I then thought it deserved a post, so that others could take advantage of these helpful tips.
