Are layouts harder to use in iPad v3, or am I missing something?

I split my iPad screen and place the Bible on the left, a commentary on the right, and sync the resources. Prior to v3 if I wanted a different commentary (on the right side of the split) I would tap near the title bar, go to the library, and choose a new commentary. Now, I don't see any way to do this without clearing the split, replacing the Bible version with the new commentary, reopening the split, and bringing up the Bible again. What am I missing?

Steve – When you have the sidebar library open, you can select which pane you want to replace by touching it. The pane that is greyed out will remain while the "lit" pane will be replaced.

Hi Alabama
I can't get focus on the pane when it holds a Notes document.
Am I missing something or is there an issue here?

I just checked and it worked fine for me. Perhaps a couple of screen shots will help. In the first screen shot, I have touched the right pane to select it. Choosing a note document, resource, etc. will place the new resource in the RIGHT pane. In the second screen shot I have touched the left pane (with the note document). Choosing this will replace the LEFT pane. NOTE: I am touching the left and right panes with the sidebar open (just as you see in the screen shot).

Thanks Alanama
It was having the sidebar open that did it.
Appreciated, Graham
