My reading plans do not seem to be uploading to my iPhone.  I have found where they are supposed to be located, but there is nothing in the Documents section.  What can be done to correct this?

    Jacob - Some questions...

    1. What are the resources you are using? Are you SURE that they are mobile enabled?
    2. What is showing up in the "devotions" panel? Have you scrolled up & down?
    3. Have you tried creating a NEW reading plan on the mobile app itself?
    4. Is this a brand new install, or did you update from a previous version? If it is a new install, is the wheel spinning at the top (indicating that stuff is still downloading?)

  • Alabama,

    1. I am using the Douay-Rheims Bible and the Catechism of the Catholic Church.  I know both have been mobile enabled so unless something has changed they can be used on the iPhone.

    2. Nothing is showing up in the Devotions panel and I have scrolled down to see.

    3. I already have the plans on my computer.  I did touch the new reading plan button, but I have not created one.

    4. I updated from the previous version of the iPhone app.  The wheel does not spin after a while.  I must also admit that it is a 3G, which may have something to do with it.

Please let me know if you need any more information.  Thanks a million!

I don't have those resources to test them out… If you can pull them up in the library, they are mobile enabled. I would try creating a new plan from the phone itself to see if it syncs with L4. If it does, you could try to adjust the plan to match the other…

Another suggestion would be to delete the app and reinstall. If you have many downloaded resources, you should know that you will lose those (they will have to be redownloaded), but the new app should offer to do that for you.
