Windows 8 requirements for L4

What exactly are the WIN 8 requirements for L4. I've got 2G RAM and a graphics card w 512MB ram. I (might) be able to coax another GB of ram, but I'm not holding my breath. XP runs like a champ with L4. Will this still work in a 32bit WIN 8 environment for L4. MS seems to think that 2GB is sufficient in 32 WIN 8.

I've run L4 in W8 with just under 2 GB but go for more as you can run more programs with it. Be sure that your XP computer can run W8, though.

The last time I checked, the PC ran fine on the test for being capable of Win 7, but I didn't think it was worth the expense of switching to Win 7. The more attractive price of upgrading to Win 8 with slightly reduced system requirements could be enough to give the geriatric box a new lease on life in the post XP world.

I would like to buy a new machine, but Logos has pride of first place for now
