I just upgraded to an Asus TF300 and am on stock Android 4.1.1, the latest Asus update.

The following image shows what happens in Logos usually after a few page turns.  Once the text turns slated like this the only way to fix it is return fully to the home page (opening sidebar does not help) and then click "read" again to return to the reading panel.

    Thanks for the report John. I've created a case so we can address it.

    We've got a couple of employees with this same tablet so I'll see if they are experiencing this issue as well.

    Did this start after installing the latest 4.1.1 Asus update?

    Does it matter which books you have open or does it always happen after a few page turns regardless of books?

    Also, I'm assuming you are using the Bible app version 2.0.11?

    I'm on 2.0.11.  I went straight to Android 4.1.1 update since I just purchased the device, so I don't know if this happened before or not.  I do know it never occurred on my TF101 w/ ICS but obviously have no idea if it's 4.1.1 related, hardware related, or both.

    It may be markup related.  I was testing different books and could not reproduce it.  This time I got it to occur without a page change.  I was flipping through the NLT and didn't see it happening but now I have a lot more markups in the NRSV and also have reading plans that get displayed.  So I added a markup to my NLT and as soon as the markup (highlight) took effect the screen updated and displayed like the image above.

    Very useful info. What style did you choose for the highlight?

    Applying Solid Colors -> Yellow.

    Seems to be directly related to markups.  Sometimes when I switch to page with markups this happens and it seems pretty reproducible by just adding this markup to existing text.

    John,

    I wasn't able to reproduce the angled text in the same way you were experiencing it but other users reported similar slanted text when viewing a table for the first time in the FSB app (on 4.1 devices). This I was able to reproduce and fix in the latest 2.1.1 beta. If you could test the new 2.1.1 beta and confirm if it addresses your issue as well that would be very much appreciated.

    Gabe, I tested it on the current version, reproduced the issue and then tested in 2.1.1 and was no longer able to reproduce the issue.  It seems to be fixed.  Thanks.
