Closing Book in Ipad App
I downloaded logos to my new (to me) Ipad today. I was reading a passage in the ESV and a commentary popped open on the right side of the screen. I don't know what I did to cause it to open and I don't know how to close it.
HELP!!

HELP!!
There should be a small grey semicircle at the bottom of the window where the two books meet. If not tap the screen and it will appear. Drag it off to one side leaving the ESV Bible.

That's IT!! Thanks guys. I appreciate the help. I'm just getting used to an Ipad (This is being typed on my netbook) and all the touch and drag stuff is TOTALLY foreign to me.
I'll keep at it tho. Thanks again.

Hi all
I had the same question and it appears to have been answered. However, I find that the small grey circle remains in the corner. Should it do this?
Thanks in anticipation

Thanks for that; I wondered if I had done something the wrong way!
I figure if you are with Good then all the doors will be clearly marked. I'm trying to catch up on being a Christian before I run out of time!

This moves it from view. How can I close the book an open a book I want in this
screen. Moving it from view does not close it.

This method does not close the book. I want to close the book and open the book I want.
Your post is miss leading.

I know you are new, so I will give you the benefit of the doubt. Your tone is snarky. Why would others want to help someone who is rude to them? No one was misleading, but rather you have misunderstood. The original post was asking how to get rid of the split screen, which is what was answered.
That's IT!! Thanks guys. I appreciate the help.
You are correct, that using the slider doesn't close a book… Actually, there are always two books "open" even if one is hidden. You cannot close the other book unless you open another one. If you are in full screen mode, simply selecting another book from the library will open a new book in the active (full screen) pane. If you are in split screen mode, you can tap the pane you want to change. In the screen shot below, the left pane (a note file and lit up) is the active pane and will change to whatever you want. If you want to change the right pane, touch it. It will light up, while the left pane will darken.
If you have more questions, feel free to ask.

I, too, am new to an IPad. I am struggling with the same issues addressed in this thread. Thank you to those who ask the questions, and thank you for those who answered them.
