Just a heads up for those anticipating it. That's James: Evangelical Exegetical Commentary by Will Varner. That makes four now from the EEC.
This is good news.
Now to wait until it appears on mobile devices,
Yay! It surprised me too!
I think you can still get it at the pre-pub price. http://bit.ly/TSBpaB

Just in time! I'm opening up my Logos right now to spend a couple hours in study in James..Right now on Chapter 4:11-12
It is now available for mobile download.
Exodus is next. Scheduled for November 1st.

It just downloaded for me now as well (singular pre-pub, not EEC subscriber).
One question: Footnote 3 refers to a "List of Select Commentaries" (where to find Dibelius as well as e.g. Blomberg, etc. which are cited throughout) I couldn't find this anywhere - the many chapter-based bibliographies and the three-part bibliography at the end contain everything but the commentaries.
Based on your EEC-experience: Is this List to be expected and missing from the James resource in this series (so we would need to flag a typo/bug and have Logos update it) or did the "List" only refer to a list of cross-references internally and the resource links to other Logos books (or the website) cover up for it? Or did I just overlook something?
I was about to point you to the end of the Introduction, after the selected Bibliography, for a list of over 50 commentaries that I submitted in the manuscript. That list is in the PDF of the commentary that I have. This must have been an inadvertent omission, and I will bring it to their attention immediately (they probably already know this by now). Fortunately it is an easy fix and should download very soon.
Oh yes. Thanks, N.B., for pointing this out.

Thanks, Will!
That was what I suspected (omission) - and hoped for (easy fix, should download soon).
I very much appreciate that you as an author show some visibility here in the forums - thanks a lot for this.
Mick
I can't wait to read it!
Unfortunately I will have to until this current season is over.

I just went through the Introduction chapters and it looks very promising. I like it very much. It looks it will be one of my favorite James commentaries. Thank you Logos, thanks to the author for a great work. [Y]
Thanks everyone for the feedback. As Will pointed out, the Commentaries Bibliography was omitted by mistake. It will be incorporated in a download soon.
Thanks, Brother. let me know if there are things in the commentary that can be improved.
Logos posted the revised James EEC with the added commentary bibliography.
That was quick. I got the download today. Excellent. Thank you Logos.
Few months later now and i can't find a link to download the commentary...the Logos page that comes up through a Google search says when it loads that it can't find what i was looking for and I can't find the commentary listed anywhere else except for the full EEC subscription page...
I believe Logos broke up the EEC set and then went back on its decision after user feedback. You can only now buy it as part of the whole EEC package.
*EDIT* Belated welcome to the forums, Andy!
I can't find the commentary listed anywhere
Welcome Andy!
Unfortunately Paul is right: Logos initially sold only the full subscription, then opened up temporarily for single-volume purchase, but went back to the initial model. The decision to do so was based on critique that general availability of individual volumes would betray those customers who subscribed to the full series, thereby committing themselves to financing a risky project long into the future. Logos felt they'd rather honor the (at least implicit) deal with those full-subscribers.
Thus, EEC on James currently is only available through full subscription.
A marginal aside ... looking at the EEC release schedule ...
Exodus ... 21st December 2012 ... two days away [:D]

Are EEC available individually ? P A
Afraid not. See NB.Mick's and my posts above.
I have been told that Logos will be issuing the first printed volume in the EEC series, the commentary on James. Here is a review of the commentary posted today.. http://bit.ly/1jf0caO
Dr. Varner,
I have found great value in this commentary as I preached through the book of James. So glad it will be available for a wider audience in printed form. Thank you for your work.
EEC available for individual purchase.
