Vyrso books on iPad do not sync to logos on iPad

As in the title, books purchased through vyrso sync with all my apps apart from iPad 3 why is this?

Can you explain a bit more please?

Do you mean that you don't see Vyrso books on your Vyrso app or on the Bible app?
Or do you mean that when you are reading a book in Vyrso it's position is not synched to the Bible app?
Or something else?

YHiya thanks for the quick reply I have logos on pc, iPad 3 and vyrso on iPad. If I purchase books on logos they sync on all. However, if I purchase on vyrso, the books sync with logos on pc but not with logos on Pad. Why is that?

That's strange, they certainly should appear in the library on your Bible app.

Is this true for all Vyrso purchases or just selected ones?

Is it possible that you have some filter set in the library so the book is not visible?
