How do I access Logos Bible Software 4 not the free Logos software into my IPAD and IPHONE?

Hi,

I have emailed your technical support a while ago and was told to log out of the free software. Then to delete and reinstall into my IPAD and IPHONE via Apps Store using my log in details from Logos 4. I have done all of these many times but this process did not work. Can you please give me a clear step by step guide how I can get into Logos 4 I purchased few months ago to my IPAD and IPhone.

I was told that I can upload Logos 4 into these devices prior to my purchase.

Really appreciate hearing from you.

You can't run Logos 4 software on your iPad or iPhone - Logos 4 sw only runs on Windows or Mac computers.

The Bible app available through the Apple store is the associated software for iOS devices.

You should be able to access most of the same resources in the Bible app (some are not available for mobile devices due to licencing issues) but you don't get the full Logos 4 functionality.

I appreciate this may not be the answer you were looking for but does it explain what you are seeing?

It's not currently possible to use Logos 4 on your iPad or iPhone as a native application.*

As I think you have discovered yourself, Logos has made available its own iOS application which is free to download. This iOS application doesn't have the same level of functionality as Logos 4 does on your desktop or laptop computer.

* That said, I believe there are applications you can download on to your iPad which provide a "portal" to allow you to control your computer - and Logos 4 - remotely over the Internet, but I don't know how good they are. Others may also be able to suggest some clever workarounds to allow you to do this.

As the other forum members said, "Logos 4" doesn't install on the iPad. Your mobile enabled resources, however, can be accessed via the Logos mobile app for iOS.

Using the App Store app that came with your device, "purchase" (it's free) the Logos Bible App.
When you open the Logos Mobile App, you will enter the email account credentials associated with your resources.
Your mobile enabled Logos 4 resources will be available in the mobile library.

If you need the full functionality of Logos 4 for your iPad you can use some remote desktop software like TeamViewer. If you have a fast internet connection the TeamViewer works quite well.
