Highlights

I have had difficulty today with getting Logos on my iPad to mark highlights. Each time I select a word or phrase and then attempt to highlight, I get the highlight menu and select the highlight, then the screen just locks up. I have to quit the app and restart, but the highlight isn't there. Previous highlights are there. What should I do?

I have done a hard shut down and reboot a couple of times to no avail. I am about to remove the app and re-download it. I have had a problem for weeks with the app on my iPHone not opening, but I don't use it much. Today I got stuck in the doctor's waiting room, so wanted to read something other than People magazine. I deleted and then downloaded the app again and it worked fine on the iPhone. So will let you know. I've used highlighting a LOT on my iPad and have not had this problem until the last couple of days.

Unfortunately, that is often the best "fix" for glitches that occur, especially after an update. Glad you have it working now.
