PBB Linking to an Audio Bible

I wasn't able to find the answer through the WIKI or Morris' website. What I want to create is a PBB that goes through the Psalms and Proverbs monthly. It would look like this:
Day 1 Ps 1, 31, 61, 91, 121 Pr 1
and so on for 31 days. I know that the Bible References would be linked automatically, but, I would like to link those references to say Scourby Audio Bible. Would I be better off trying to find a public domain AV in .docx format then linking the chapter headings to the actual audio file? What I am asking, is it possible to link each reference so that if I select Ps 1, it opens the Preferred Bible and also opens to the correct audio file to read that reference? How would I enter that link in the PBB?
I did have another software package some time ago when I did create a document like this and I no longer use that Bible Software, so I want to create a Personal Book to accomplish this.
Thanks for the advice and help. This could become a great resource in my personal study and I would also be willing to share what is legal, once I get it created. I would provide the base book and then others could add their own audio files. It would be great if Logos could somehow get permission to sell Alexander Scourby or others, and then incorporate that into the software as an alternative to the reading now in place.

Wonder about creating a reading plan using this passage list for 31 sessions:
ps1-30|ps31-60|ps61-90|ps91-120|ps121-150|pr
Logos 4 has => http://wiki.logos.com/Read_Aloud (albeit standard voice from Microsoft lacks in comparison to Alexander Scourby)
Logos User Voice suggestion => http://logos.uservoice.com/forums/42823-logos-bible-software-4 has several Read Aloud suggestions, with status from Logos about enhancements planned and "Logos 4 uses the voices installed on your Windows OS. There are a variety of vendors (e.g., neospeech.com) that provide additional voices for purchase." Also noticed ivona.com has mini-reader with 30 day trial for Windows voices. In contrast, Apple included more voice options in OS X Lion => Some Higher Quality Voices with OS X Lion (Free - just need to download) (Mac OS X 10.6.8 Snow Leopard has 24 voices vis 1 Microsoft voice in Windows 7).

Suspect Personal Book needs 2 links; one for Bible reference and another for audio file (to open audio player outside Logos 4).

Thanks, I will look at that. It might be possible to link Day 1 to perhaps a playlist which contains the aforementioned texts as well I guess. Perhaps there is a [[file:]] tag somewhere that I just have not come across. I will look at the PBB Wiki again to see if they list all the link tags. If so, then I may be able to enter the playlist link from my hard drive location or perhaps link that [[file://]] to the actual Bible Reference. Thanks again. If someone who has experience with creating PBB has further information, please do respond.
Could I use [[Ps1 >> c:\audio_bible\Psalms\ps1.mp3]] on Ps 1 to have Logos go to the reference and open the audio file to read aloud?

Apologies: my attempts to link sample music mp3 in a Personal Book have not worked: (used Word 2010 hyperlink for Ps 3)
[[Ps 1 >> “C:\Users\Public\Public Music\Sample
Music\Sleep Away.mp3”]][[Ps 2 >> file:///C:/Users/Public/Public%20Music/Sample%20Music/Sleep%20Away.mp3]]
Using Logos 4.5 Beta 5, learned Ps 1, Ps 2, and Ps 3 became Bible reference links, but could not link to mp3 file (thought about Favorites, but copy location as URL only opens Tab).

It will work as an MS Word hyperlink referencing the mp3 but not when compiled as a PB.

Bump... is there any way to link to a file on my hard drive from a personal book?
I would love to be able to link to audio files and powerpoint files.
I also tried making a file hyperlink like Keep Smiling and Dave did, but so far I'm not getting anywhere.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

What about dropbox weblinks?

Yes, I wondered about that as well, but that means uploading each and every file before I can link to it. I'm envisioning a personal book containing a set of sermons that has a powerpoint file and an audio file linked to each sermon entry. Over time, that starts to become a lot of drop-box files.
