Inconsistent handling of references
The two screenshots above are taken from the same page on a particular resource (The Fire that consumes) on the iPad.
The first shows that when there is a link to an entire chapter (no verses) the popup doesn't contain any of the biblical text. The second shows that when the link specifies verses, some of the text is shown in the popup.
Looking at the same resource in Logos 4, one gets text in both popups.
(This is not specific to this page, nor I believe to this resource).
Is this how it is intended to work or should the chapter-only popup also include text?

My initial thought was we were showing all of the second example because we could, but on the desktop app it displays some text no matter what.
I'll write this up.

I was testing on my phone which has iOS 6, and was getting info. I'll try on the ipad (1) we have in-house, to see if maybe the OS version is the variable/diference.
Is your iPad an iPad 1? If not, are you reluctant to update to 6.0 due to the dreaded maps snafu?

Hi Graham,
So the version of the OS doesn't matter. When you are noticing this is the device online?

Hi Tommy
I have an iPad 2 and will admit that the maps issue is holding me back from upgrading!

I see the same thing whether the device is online or offline

Graham,
Can you situate the reference on the ipad so that there is more room on the screen below the reference? I noticed the reference for Psalm 145 is lower on the page than Psalm 69: 22-28. Try to have teh reference as high as possible on the screen. When I sucessfully got the window to appear there was a good amount of text.

Hi Tommy
Sorry, even with Psalm 145 at the top of the screen I get no text.
