2.1.2 library won't update

I recently reset two devices running 2.1.2 and when I log on it doesn't update the library so I am not seeing my resources. I don't know if maybe this is a temporary server thing. It would be great if there was a button in settings to force the library to update.

I think Logos is having server problems. This is likely the same problem I am having not being able to download any resources this morning.
