search stopped working on my android

Yesterday my search feature was working fine. Today, it wont work at all. I tried it on my and my wife's android and nothing comes up. Anyone else having this problem?

Yes. I just tried a simple bible search on a downloaded bible and the search failed. Earlier today I tried to navigate to a book in my library that is not on my tablet and that failed as well.
I'm running a nexus 7 with the most recent version of Bible

ditto. i installed an old beta (build 49) and the search works fine. must be something with the new build. (on 10" thrive)
