Ascension vs Martyrdom of Isaiah

This weekend I bought the Ascension of Isaiah which turns out to be a commentary not inclusive of the English text of the Ascension of Isaiah.

I own "The Apocrypha and Pseudepigrapha of the Old Testament in English" which includes the "Martyrdom of Isaiah" in English.  Martyrdom is the first five chapters of Ascension so I am still missing any access to an English version of Ascension (which would give me the last chapters) even though I shelled out $60 for a commentary.  Anybody know how I can get the holistic "Ascension of Isaiah" in to my collection?

thanks...

If you want to go further, Charlesworth includes the Martyrdom plus the Ascension in volume 2 (heavens #1-7 etc). It includes both commentary and text. (assuming that's what you're wanting; the ascension text bounces around on identification). The pseudepigrapha interlinear also includes the Isaiah greek text but only chaps 2-4 (martydom).

This discussion reminds me of a suggestion I once made on a similar thread, but which came to nothing:

I've been thinking that we ought to make an Index of Early Jewish Writings Reading List, to complement MJ's Early Church Fathers Index one, but since I know I don't have any time to devote to it, I've postponed suggesting it. It really would be worth having, though, so if someone has the time for it, I'd be more than grateful.

Anyone up to the challenge? Denise?

Been up in the Rocky Mountains with the fall autumn colors and early snows.

I'd assume such an index for jewish writings would be best created by someone of the jewish persuasion (or at least that appears to be where the expertise is). I'd muck it up badly (and end up with really bad things said about me; more so than now).

    But it's a good idea.

This is one area where I think 'public' PBs will really be helpful, that users could download for free (across platforms) .... the wiki in book format (now a DOCX) ... indices in the various books areas .... and of course a literal 'manual'. As strange as it seems, the maps and people and things are more easily accessed in book format with a TOC.

I am soooo tempted to build one using the Samaritan Bible as the base and trading everything else as deuterocanonical or apocrygraphal.[6]

How hurtful can you get? And just after they delayed the Samaritan Torah ANOTHER 3 months. (I'm trying really hard to imagine what is causing the 2 year delay).

I recognize the experience here between all ya'll but it seems to me that a low-cost, high impact starting place for Logos would be to put the individual titles of "every" non-Biblical into the collections currently sold.  That way, the Logos sales team and key-word-searches on the site would pick up the titles and thusly limit frustrations specifically to those not already included in a collection.  In my case, for example, what I wanted (Ascension) was available in a collection but not listed in the description of same...thus no hits on kws and Logos sales said they didn't have it.  Great job here on the forum getting me what I needed....in two different methods.   Thanks again.
