BUG: sympathetic highlighting

the highlighting works; however, the visual cue to show it is on does not work as normal. see screenshots:
anyone else notice this?
unchecking and re-checking the sympathetic box will turn on the visual circle - but only for that session. closing the resource or program will set it back to no visual cue as in the screenshots.

I am having trouble reproducing this issue. It would probably be most helpful to get a screencast of the issue occurring. Jing is a free utility that will allow you to take a screencast, and is available from http://www.techsmith.com/jing.html

Brisa, I doubt this issue is reproducible. Probably a corruption somewhere.

All the items (i.e., link to open panels, bible text only, sympathetic highlighting, or any visual filter) in the three circle visual cue drop down list work. The visual cue just doesn't show that they are selected (screenshots in original post) - unless I uncheck and recheck the selection in the drop down list in each and every resource open.
Thanks for looking into this. I'm not really expecting resolution.

Logos 4.6a Beta 2 on OS X 10.8.2 changes the color of the top circle when Sympathetic Highlighting is the only item checked.
