How do I narrow my word study in Logos?

I have the basics down for getting to the Greek behind the English. But now I am interested in doing my specific searches. For example:
How do I search for words beginning with an omicron upsilon?
How do I search for words with gamma nasals other than angels?

Also, how do I search for a word like "love" in the English and only get "love" not "loved" and "loves" and "lovely" and "loved"?

To search for an exact word you need to turn Off Match all word forms. Please see this wiki article: Matching Case or All Word Forms
EDIT: if you click on the magnifying glass icon for the Search tool window, you will see the search menu options. There you can click to uncheck Match All Word Forms.

You can enter the search string οὐ* into a Bible search on one of your Greek Bibles. Notice that for Greek words beginning with omicron upsilon, there will also be at least a breathing mark which you will have to enter for the search. The easy way to do this, is to enter g:ou in the search dialog and wait for L4 to populate the dropdown list. Choose a word which begins with what you're looking for (rough/smooth breathing; accent) then delete all of the word except the omicron/upsilon/breathing/accent and add an *.

Perform this search in a similiar way. Enter g:ang in the search dialog to get to ἄγγελος -- now enter * so that you have *γγ* and do your search.
