Some of the Fortress Press books at one time came with a CD included and a Logos copy of the book at no extra charge. I think the only one I picked up was Palestine in the Time of Jesus. (The one you linked to is a later edition.) Not sure why Fortress/Augsburg pulled back from Logos publishing, but they have.
Those Brill Press ones sure are pricy. I'd need a fellowship to afford those.
