trouble with information

I am having trouble getting anything to display in the information tile other that the english definition. I have tried checking and unchecking items under settings(i.e.. lemmas, strong numbers and morphology), and have tried prioritizing different greek lexicons in my library to get a gloss, or lemma. All to no avail. I followed the directions on the wiki site.....still nothing. The rest of the software seems to work fine. Am i missing something?

Welcome to the forums, Nathan. [:)]
Since you are in the Mac forum, I assume you are asking about L4 Mac. Is that correct? What base package do you have? Which resource are you using? Which chapter & verse?

I am using catholic scripture study software and it is logos 4. The problem seems like its in any verse. I hopped around to probably thirty different words and am unable to get anything other than the collegiate dictionary definition. I have all kinds of lexicons for resources, but i cant seem to get the information pane to work.

Which translation are you using? Have you tried with the ESV?

Thats what it was. As soon as I updated the translation it started working fine! Thanks so much for your help!

FYI - the info panel draws the OL info from the RI's... If a translation doesn't have a reverse interlinear, you will get the results you did earlier. Also note, sometimes translations will have RI for the NT before the OT.

Welcome [:D]
Forum reply has a complete list of Reverse Interlinear English Translations => http://community.logos.com/forums/p/49239/364695.aspx#364695
Personally looking forward to more Reverse Interlinear resources (for use with visual filter highlighting), but have no idea when they will be ready for use.
Keep Smiling [:)]
