Abraham: Following God's Promise
I bought this resource and have it downloaded to my iPad (1st generation, running iOS 5.1.1).
When I click on a media resource within this book, it always says "Failure to load media." This happens both online and offline with Wifi.
Has anyone seen this same problem? Is there a solution?

Specifically which media resource are you clicking on, and which version of the iOS Logos app are you running? Thanks.!

All of them, e.g. The first image in chapter 2. Error: "Failed to load media"

I have also noted this problem with mobile apps and this resource set. it didn't matter which video I tried I got the same error.

I am facing the same problem with none of the videos or pictures opening up. My Logos version is 3.0.2 (3.0.2.1396).

I also have another issue when trying to highlight words or phrases in
the text of the commentary. When I select or touch the word I want to
highlight, the transparent blue selector (which we can move around to
select words or a phrase) appears on a different part of the page
rather than where the finger is selecting the desired word.0 -

rather than where the finger is selecting the desired word.That is a unique one… I have not heard of that issue before. My guess is that you need to reinstall the app. NOTE: you will lose your downloaded resources when you delete the app.
