IPad 2 downloading resources

Dear Logos

Please do something for the following issues I face on ipad2.

As Logos crashes many times, all my resources (about 2000) totally disappears and then I have to download them all over again.. I use the "!download all resources" button but to stop downloading the some unwanted resources is a big struggle The (i) icon appearing alongside each resource is so tiny only a child can touch and operate it! While trying to touch it an open with my fat fingers, it goes straight to open the resource.. This is such an inconvenience.. As children are unavailable for this help all the time, please consider making this icon bigger.. much bigger
Since all my resources are already on my desktop, why cant I sync them from there? Why cant we have a Sync between the logoses on laptop and ipad.. instead of downloading all over again over wi-fi. That would make life much easier

Samuel - Are you in an area where you have limited internet access? For the frustrations you have given, I really don't recommend downloading all your resources unless absolutely necessary.

Resource management is being worked on currently… but I don't know if you will find it of much help. Logos is adding the ability to check a box in L4 to have a resource download to your device… but I don't think you want to mess around with checking 2000 boxes!

That is more of an issue with the way that Apple "sandboxes" apps on iOS devices. It would not be possible to move files from L4 to your iPad. (There are some apps which can move data from computer to iOS, but it is through iTunes and is cumbersome.)

Thanks Alabam 24. Connectivity is OK here (India) but I cant see another options for downloading only resources I want.. I wish there was an option like:

"Download All" - Minus x y z resources (eg: The US civil war stuff as one bulk resource

I usually download all and then remove the unwanted ones.. If the icon was bigger.. I could download only those want much faster..

There is a way to do this… sort of. If you tag the resources with a unique tag (i.e. downloadmobile or historyanabaptist), you can filter your mobile app library and use the "download all" to download just those resources. Depending upon your situation and needs, this may take a little trial and error to get it just right.

Side question… have you ever been to Lynchburg, Virginia? I met a Samuel Thomas many years ago… was it you? [:)]
