SUGG: Pericopes in Bible TOC

I'm not sure how this interrupts the mechanics of Bible referencing but it would be helpful if the TOC for Bibles could be either 1)switched between Chapter and Pericope views 2)Listed expandable Chapter divisions that showed pericopes that start in that section.

I'm not sure what you mean with this one because this sounds like the behavior I get with the NRSV.

Yes! Pericopes are part of the organizational structure of most Bibles that I use. The Table of Contents is an obvious application of them. The NRSV TOC is great but I would like to see that for other translations too.

Other pericope uses have been mentioned in other posts, such as for searching. It would be useful to search through the pericopes of a selected Bible, collection of Bibles, or all Bibles, similar to how we search now.

This is not something I would use every day but it is something I would definitely use. Sometimes I do not want to know every reference to ___ but I want to know the section(s) of the Bible that talk about ___. It would probably be less valuable if I was better at remembering Bible references, but I will be working on that for a long time to come. This would save me time and that makes Logos valuable.

There's a new feature currently in beta testing where you can restrict your search to just "LargeText" (anything set in a larger font -- it varies from resource to resource what material this will pick up. But it's generally a good way to find stuff that's in major section headings. It works in some Bibles too (e.g., NASB95), for the headings:
