Looking at the Pre-pub today both the NEB and REB have the status Almost there!

The NEB is a cat's whisker from crossing the line.
My theory is that Logos are holding the NEB back from crossing the line because they want to publish both at the same time (Just a theory).
I am amazed that the original NEB seems to be more popular than REB.
I think both are good translation for different reasons.
I want both in my library.

GLAD for the NEB but really want the REB more… I am lucky enough to have the REB in accordance but I know if Logos does it we will get the translation notes, which is always good to have.

The translation notes are no more in-depth than the ones you find in the NIV or NRSV, but they are handy.
