When I try and open Logos 4 Windows I am getting the Logos symbol for approx 10 seconds then it is crashing. It was working fine yesterday and I have not updated the programme since then.
I am running the programme on a Mac Book using Windows 7 and the latest version of Parallels.

I know nothing about running L4 on a Mac but the logs appear to indicate a problem with the documents.db.
Have you tried starting logos with a blank layout? To do this in windows (again I am not sure about a Mac) you hold the control key while double clicking the L4 icon. This results in the sign in window coming up and you can select the start with blank layout option.
If that does not work I would suggest renaming your documents.db and trying to start logos.
The DocumentInfo database appears to be corrupted and it contains information for a number of different documents e.g. Syntax Search, Clippings, Notes. This is not one to mess around with so I advise you to contact Logos Support ASAP (you might check the hard drive for errors beforehand).
