Need help reinstalling resources

I recently changed laptops and used LapLink software to migrate programs to the new computer. Unfortunately, when I opened Logos 4 the only resources there were a few Bibles. I have a very slow internet connection so simply downloading lots of resources is not an option. So, is there a way to simply transfer the resources from the old computer to the new one using a USB drive? Where does Logos 4 store the resources on the computer?

Alternatively, I still have installation disks from Logos 3 -- is there any way to reinstall them and then move them to Logos 4? I started to try this, but my log on information has changed since the Logos 3 days and I could not get past the credentials page.

I submitted a request for help from Logos support, but they just said I should try to find a faster internet connection. If I could, I already would have done so.

If you can start Logos4 and have access to your documents then it's possible that your resources have not been discovered (or recognised), except for a few bibles. The Wiki article --> http://wiki.logos.com/Quick_Installation_onto_multiple_computers will show you the location of the resource folder. How many files does it show in Windows Explorer? The other possible source of your resources is the old computer. Either way, copy the resources to a removable device e.g. to E:\Resources.

If Logos4 is working, type scan E:\Resources into the Command Box at the top of the window, hit ENTER and restart L4. It will discover resources in a few minutes but if it starts indexing that could be a few hours.

If Logos4 is NOT working, you have to uninstall from Control Panel > Programs and Features and install as per Method 3 of the wiki.
