I assume "this" is the varying font sizes?
I'd have to check, but I imagine that it's by design. By default, we want the font to be large for flashcards. However, if you're trying to put a large amount of text on one card, we have to shrink the font (out of necessity), but we don't want to shrink the font on all 200 cards you're printing just because one has too much text. So only the cards with too much text get a smaller font; you can edit the Display text in the Grid to fix the problem.
It's more the repetition of display words between cardsĀ + mixing words that are not related.
