Highlighting
Just wondering why highlighting NO LONGER works on my ipad 2. I am using iOS 6 and the latest Logos ipad app. Highlights DO NOT sync or appear! In fact, after trying to sync (spinning icon in upper left hand corner) it will finally crash! When restarting, Logos will crash every time the FIRST time but will come up the second time. If I try to highlight on my iPad it locks up (won't crash, simply locks up). This has been the case for quite a while. I have been looking for the next ipad version hoping this would fix it but so far things still DON'T WORK!

Before deleting you might try a hard reset. Hold the home + power button at the same time, then swipe power off. Also check to make sure your desktop finnished syncing completely. If those don't work deleting and reinstalling the app would be the next thing.

Tried the hard reset-NO JOY! Wound up deleting the app and reinstalling and it is working again! Thanks for the help!

I should have told you about the hard reset, but I figured it was an installation issue rather than a hardware resource issue… FYI - I beta test the mobile app and go through update cycles regularly. For every update you have, I will have at least 4-5 beta builds. MOST of the time, there are no problems, but every now and then something goes screwy and I do a fresh reinstall (after full shut down of the app and a hard reset fails).
