Logos forums don't exist for us to discuss theology, so I'll be brief. (I'm also guessing this question is more than an academic question.)
The whole human race is infected with sin, no exceptions (Rom 3:23). Jesus is a gracious Savior (Rom 3:24). Salvation of infants depends on Him, not on their innocence. (In fact, if they're innocent they wouldn't need saving.) Children of believers are holy (1Cor 7:14), that is set apart, because of the faith of a parent.
Based on the above, a long-held belief in the Reformed circle of churches holds that the children of believers, though sinful at birth, if they should die in infancy, or as very young children (before they are able to make a personal choice), they are saved. This belief is base much more on the character and graciousness of God, than on any particular passage (though 1Cor 7:14 is often quoted).

Well put Richard. I have 6 infants in Heaven. I can't remember the title but there is a Logos resource that addresses this.

Maybe someday there will be a designated forum for theological questions, debates and all the off-topic wild posts we can sometimes get drawn into.

While I wish to avoid theological discussion on the forum I thought this an appropriate time to share the power of reading lists. It is also peaked a personal interest. If you go to the reading list for "infant" there is a section on the salvation of infants I put together. I have not read the resources, but hopefully I'll be able to vet them better later.

The technical answer is that Logos are working on improving topics listed in the TOPIC section of a Basic Search (replacing the Topic Browser in L3). Their aim is greater relevancy versus listing everything possible.
