I am trying to figure out the 3 layers of notes, how you get past the frist one, and if the FSB shows text as well as notes or using my choice of trnaslation takes its place.
Thanks

FSB shows notes, which ususally start with a short snippet from the text. FSB does not have the full bible text, but the program/app will show a bible of your choice. I tried to show this in biblia.com below with the free LEB:
left is the bible text, right is the FSB. Note
- first layer: blue. Beyond the text notes there are infographics and maps
- second layer: green, the plus sign works to expand/close these
- third layer: yellow, these are encyclopedias and commentaries within the Logos resource library and will open on clicking the link. I can read those that I own, here the entry on Ishtar in EDB (open book) but not the entry in DDD (closed lock)
Hope this helps!

Just double-click it - it will send you to the Logos.com product page, in this case http://www.logos.com/product/4236/dictionary-of-deities-and-demons-in-the-bible
For an overview, Logos once shared a list of resources linked in FSB (you'll find a spreadsheet version of it in the documents section of FSB Users group on Faithlife - check out https://faithlife.com/fsb-users/activity ), but it contains no abbreviations.
